REPORTS TO: Manager, Assistant Manager, and Shift Captains

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. As a teammate you will be a key member of our team. Work hours may vary at time due to business necessity. Other duties may be fairly assigned.


Fazoli's employee's must possess excellent guest service skills with the ability to effectively interact with Managers, other teammates, and guests while maintain a teamwork attitude. Work in teamwork setting, must be completely confidential, positive and welcoming disposition both in person, on phone and electronic communications, always maintains positive outlook and disposition, effective listening and verbal communication skills. Must have ability to mutli-task, possess excellent communication skills both in person and electronically, maintain composure in stressful situations, good time management skills, and good organizational skills, be honest, confidential, trustworthy, and respectful; be flexible, and demonstrate strong work ethic.


Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time while working; must be able to perform physical activities, such as, but not limited to, lifting (up to 50 lbs unassisted), bending, standing, climbing, or walking. The teammate must have a keen eye for service, cleanliness, urgency awareness, and the needs of guest. May have to manage several projects at one time, may be interrupted frequently to meet the needs and requests of guest. The teammate may find the environment to be busy, noisy, distracting, and will need to apply excellent organizational, time management and stress management skills to complete required tasks daily and follow task and checklists assigned. Must be able to complete and pass any required pre- employment testing or abilities assessments.

  • Use good judgement and sensitivity in all situations
  • Must hold Serve Safe Certification and re-certify as required
  • Comply with all rules, policies, and procedures uniformly, fairly, and in a timely manner
  • Responsible for attending store meetings. Open communication with all team and leadership.
  • Responsible for cleanliness, friendliness, safety, consistency, and speed of service.
  • Responsible for following cash handling procedures.
  • Responsible for understanding various operations within a store, including but not limited to guest and food service
  • Ensure you are in proper attire.
  • Responsible for reading and abiding by all communications pertaining to the store.
  • Take pride in and uphold the company culture at all times and at all locations.
  • Promote kindness and random acts of kindness.
